Open Positions

We are currently hiring for the following positions in Harris, Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, and surrounding counties:

  • Caregiver

    Full-time and Part-time

    Provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes. Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with personal care and hygiene
    • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
    • Provide medication reminders
    • Light housekeeping and laundry
    • Companionship and emotional support
    • Accurate documentation of care provided

    Qualifications:

    • Clean background check
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
    • CNA or HHA certification a plus; training support available
  • Companion Care Specialist

    Part-time

    Provide companionship, emotional support, and non-medical assistance to seniors. This role focuses on social engagement, errands, and helping clients maintain an active, connected life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Companionship visits and conversation
    • Accompanying clients on errands and outings
    • Light meal preparation and housekeeping
    • Escort to appointments (transportation arranged by client/family)
    • Reporting changes in client wellbeing to care coordinator

    Qualifications:

    • No certification required (training provided)
    • Clean background check
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Warm, patient, and dependable
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Administrative Support

    Full-time

    Support the Noble Home Care office team with scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for organized, compassionate individuals who want to support senior care from the office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage caregiver scheduling
    • Handle client intake calls and inquiries
    • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
    • Support billing and insurance verification
    • Bilingual communications (English/Spanish required)

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual English/Spanish required
    • 1+ years administrative experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
    • Excellent phone and communication skills
    • Experience in healthcare administration a plus

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (caregiver roles)
