Our Commitment
Noble Home Care Inc. is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that all visitors — seniors, family members, and caregivers — deserve a dignified and barrier-free experience online.
We are actively working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We also follow Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which applies to federally funded programs including Medicaid services.
What We've Done
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on this site:
- Keyboard navigation: All pages and interactive elements can be navigated using a keyboard alone.
- Screen reader compatibility: We use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so screen readers can accurately interpret page content.
- Color contrast: Body text meets a minimum 7:1 contrast ratio. All other text meets a minimum 4.5:1 ratio. We do not use color alone to convey information.
- Text resizing: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality or content.
- Forms: All form fields have visible labels. Errors are announced to assistive technologies via ARIA live regions.
- Images: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Language: Page language is declared in HTML (lang="en" and lang="es") so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
- No flashing content: This site does not contain content that flashes more than 3 times per second.
- Touch targets: Interactive elements meet a minimum size of 44×44px. Primary call-to-action buttons meet 56×56px.
- Focus indicators: Visible focus outlines are present on all interactive elements.
- Skip navigation: A "Skip to main content" link is available as the first focusable element on every page.
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals:
- PDF documents: Any downloadable documents may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address this.
- Third-party content: Some embedded content from third-party services (such as Google reCAPTCHA) may have limitations outside our control. reCAPTCHA v3 is implemented in invisible, score-based mode to minimize user interaction barriers.
We are committed to resolving known issues as quickly as possible.
